    Hello,

I’m having phone trouble and couldn’t keep a connection when you called. My case id # is 1045481324

Can we please handle this via email? It has to do with an email newsletter I am setting up and when I test it with my .mac and .me addresses, I never receive the confirmation email. FreshMail has looked into it and the emails were sent by their software, so I am trying to figure out why mx4.mail.icloud.com is not delivering them to me. I can send the logs when I hear back from you. Thanks!
