    Multi-Function-Copier DCP-7065DN.
Tried to scan a second document. I get message “Document feeder is empty” when that is not the case. Even shutting down printer will not remove this message, making scanning attempts useless as message keeps reappearing.
    Please help.

    Thank you, Manfred

A sudden crash of my Brother Printer brought my office work to a standstill. In my anxiety, I called up the client support number of the company but was put on a hold for half an hour. This site came to my help as I called a number from there and got instant support to have the issue sorted out.
